“I don’t know what will happen” – Pep Guardiola on Bernardo Silva’s Manchester City future

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has claimed he doesn’t know what will happen with Bernardo Silva amid interest from Barcelona.

The Manchester City manager said a few days ago that the Portuguese would stay at the club but on Tuesday wasn’t certain anymore.

“I have already said it many times. Bernardo is very important for us. There are two days left until the end of the market and then everyone will be focused on what we have to do, but I don’t really know, I don’t know what will happen,” Guardiola told the media on Tuesday.

The transfer market closes on Thursday and it is unlikely Manchester City will sell Silva as the club will have limited time to sign a replacement.
