Erling Haaland scored a hat-trick as Manchester City beat Wolves 3-0 at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
The victory over Wolves ensures Manchester City keep the pressure on Premier League leaders Arsenal by cutting the gap to just two points ahead of their game against Manchester United.
Haaland headed home a Kevin de Bruyne’s lofted ball to give Manchester City the lead five minutes before half-time.
Five minutes into the second-half, Haaland converted a penalty after Ilkay Gundogan was fouled in the box.
Four minutes later Haaland’s hat-trick was complete. Wolves goalkeeper gifted the ball to Riyad Mahrez, who kept his composure to present Haaland with a simple finish.
Haaland’s hat-trick against Wolves is his fourth Premier League hat-trick this season. He now has 25 Premier League goals.
