According to Daily Mail via Metro.co.uk, Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy has vowed never to sell a player to Manchester United or Manchester City again.

The Spurs chairman is said to have never forgiven himself for sanctioning the sale of Kyle Walker to Manchester City in 2017.

Levy’s stance on not doing any transfer business with Manchester City could definitely be why he refused to sell Kane to Manchester City in the summer of 2021.
