According to Football London via Tribal Football, Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur have signed Herbie James from Manchester City.

The report on Tribal Football states: “Tottenham have snapped up Herbie James from Manchester City.

“James was coming off contract at City’s academy and has moved south to London and is now a Spurs player.

“Football.London says Spurs beat Everton and Wolves to James’ signing.

“The winger made his debut for Spurs from the bench in the U18s’ 4-0 win at Norwich on Saturday, although he was listed as a triallist on the official team sheet.”
