British broadcaster and Arsenal fan Piers Morgan believes the Gunners will beat Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium.
Morgan made the claim following Arsenal’s 2-2 draw against Liverpool at Anfield on Sunday.
Arsenal’s draw against Liverpool means the Gunners are just six points ahead of Manchester City, with Pep Guardiola’s side having played a game less and still needing to play Arsenal at the Etihad Stadium.
As it stands now, Manchester City can win the Premier League if we win all their remaining Premier League games.
Following the draw with Liverpool, an Arsenal fan named Phillip dialed into BBC 5 Live Sport and suggested that a defeat to Manchester City later this month could end their title charge.
Morgan, however, rubbished the idea on Twitter and wrote: “Phil needs to grow a pair. We’re going to beat City in their own backyard, and win the League.”
