Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City side lost 1-0 to Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea in the 2021 Champions League final.

Guardiola will face Tuchel again in the Champions League on Tuesday night at the Etihad Stadium, with the German tactician now manager of Bayern Munich.

On facing Tuchel after losing to him in the 2021 Champions League final, Guardiola said: “It’s happened, we reviewed the game a month later, and it wasn’t as bad as I thought.

“It was a tight game, but we forget it and we try again. Sometimes you win when you deserve, sometimes you lose. I don’t live in the past. It’s part of the game.”
