Chelsea star Ben Chilwell has sent a transfer message to Premier League champions Manchester City ahead of the summer transfer window.

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola is a big fan of the 26 year old England international and is reportedly keen on bringing the Chelsea man to the Etihad Stadium in the summer.

Despite interest from Manchester City, Chilwell has extended his contract at Chelsea until 2027.
