Manchester City will have to pay £60million to sign Brighton midfielder and World Cup winner with Argentina, Alexis Mac Allister, according to Football Insider via The Hard Tackle.

Premier League rivals Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United are also reportedly interested in signing the 24 year old midfielder in the summer.

Mac Allister has also been a consistent performer for his club in the ongoing season. He has featured in 29 matches and has 10 goals and two assists to his name.

Brighton are keen on keeping hold of the Argentine international but they are well aware of the fact that he could push for a move in the summer.

The Seagulls are in no real hurry to sell the 24-year-old year as his existing contract runs until the summer of 2025 and will only allow him leave if an offer of £60million is received.
