Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has revealed the most complicated thing to manage in a football team.

Guardiola said: “If a player after a year or two wants to play more games, he will have to leave. You have to negotiate with the club, reach an agreement, and let him go.

“The biggest difficulty for the coach is not to analyse the rival, tactics, that doesn’t matter. The most complicated thing to manage in a football team is managing the players who do not play and still [keep them] happy.”
