Premier League rivals Liverpool are preparing to table a bid for Manchester City midfielder Kalvin Phillips, according to Manchester Evening News.
Phillips is yet to start in the Premier League for Manchester City since his £42million switch from Leeds last summer.
Liverpool are reportedly ready to submit a bid of £35million for the 27 year old England international.
Liverpool are looking to rebuild their midfield this summer and have listed Phillips as a target after missing out on Jude Bellingham. Manchester City are reportedly aware of Liverpool’s interest in signing Phillips.
