According to the Evening Standard via GOAL, Manchester City will compete with Bayern Munich for the transfer of Chelsea midfielder Mateo Kovacic.

Kovacic has won four Champions League titles with Real Madrid and Chelsea.

The report adds: “Bayern Munich will compete with Manchester City for Chelsea midfielder Mateo Kovacic in the summer.

“Kovacic’s contract expires in the summer and the report states that both Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola and Bayern Munich boss Thomas Tuchel want to work with him.”
