Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola heaped praise on West Ham United’s captain and defensive midfielder, Declan Rice, calling him an ‘exceptional player’.

“He’s an exceptional player,” Guardiola said when asked about Declan Rice.

Manchester City are said to be interested in the midfielder and will face competition from multiple clubs for the England international.
