Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti believes Manchester City’s goal against Real Madrid in the 1-1 draw at the Santiago Bernabeu should have been disallowed.

Ancelotti said: “The ball was off the pitch [in the build-up to Manchester City’s goal]. That’s it. Technology said it. I don’t understand why VAR didn’t check it. The referee didn’t pay attention to many things tonight.”
