According to Daily Mail, Premier League rivals Arsenal are keen on beating Manchester City to the transfer of West Ham midfielder Declan Rice.

The report adds that Arsenal are set to hold talks with West Ham over a £90million move for Declan Rice and are willing to offer the England international a contract worth more than £300,000 a week.
