Premier League rivals Manchester United are open to paying £30million for 29 year old Chelsea midfielder and Manchester City transfer target Mateo Kovacic this summer, according to Football Insider via GOAL.

Kovacic’s contract with Chelsea expires next year and the Chelsea are looking to cash-in on him.
