Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola doesn’t want Manchester City right-back Joao Cancelo back at the club when he finishes his loan deal at Bayern Munich, according to The Mirror.

Cancelo joined Bayern Munich on loan in January for the rest of the season after a fall-out with Guardiola over a lack of game time.

Bayern Munich have the option to make the loan move permanent for €70million but are reportedly unwilling to activate the clause.

With Cancelo now looking less likely to remain at Bayern Munich when his loan deal expires, Guardiola has told the club that he will not contemplate allowing the Portuguese full-back to come back into the fold after he caused dressing room unrest over a lack of playing time after returning from the World Cup.
