Manchester United midfielder Casemiro has been named as the best Premier League signing of the season ahead of Manchester City striker Erling Haaland.

According to Manchester United legend Gary Neville, Casemiro is the best Premier League signing of the season because he has made Manchester United 30 per cent better.

Haaland has scored 52 goals in all competitions since joining Manchester City last summer from Borussia Dortmund. In the Premier League alone, he has scored a record 36 goals in just 34 appearances.
