Man City new signing Jeremy Doku has hailed Man City goalkeeper, Ederson following Saturday’s 3-1 win over West Ham.

James Ward-Prowse opener was replied by Jeremy Doku as he inspired two more goals from Bernardo Silva and Erling Haaland.

City goalkeeper, Ederson was instrumental to the comeback victory as he made two great saves in the match, one which was a header from Kurt Zouma who thought he could give his team the lead. Ederson displayed a heroic act as he dived to his left and made a jaw-dropping save to keep the score sheet even.

Doku had some accolades for his goalkeeper after the game.

As quoted by the official club website, the winger said: “Reliable. Reliable goalkeeper. Sometimes in the game, you need that. Man City are used to having the ball always and having a lot chances, and not conceding a lot of chances.”

“But when you do concede, and you have a goalkeeper like that, it’s always nice for players like us to rely on a goalkeeper like that.”
