Manchester City are topping the Premier League table with 28 points after 12 games but are prone to severe punishment over FFP violations.

The Etihad Club have 115 charges Meanwhile, Chelsea who are tenth with 16 points are faced with charges of dodgy financial dealings during previous owner Roman Abramovich’s tenure.
