According to a report on Daily Mail, Manchester City have joined Liverpool and Bayern Munich in the race to sign Fulham midfielder Palhinha.
The 28-year-old has again been one of the standout performers for Gulham this season despite his failed move to Bayern Munich last summer.
The midfielder had flown to Germany to complete his medical and complete a move to Bayern Munich, but the transfer fell through on deadline day due to Fulham’s inability to sign a replacement.
Manchester City head coach Pep Guardiola is a huge admirer of Palhinha and wants the midfielder to replace Kalvin Phillips at Manchester City.
Phillips has struggled for game time since joining Manchester City from Leeds United in 2022 and is expected to leave the club in January.
Serie A giants Juventus are believed to be admirers of Phillips and keen to take him on loan for the rest of the season.
