Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard, has warned that the Gunners are coming to the Etihad Stadium to beat Manchester City.

Arsenal won the reverse fixture 1-0, back in October, and were also in good form before the international break.

Speaking to Sky Sports, Odegaard said: “What we have done the last period gives us a lot of confidence. We come here with a lot of confidence, belief and we’re going to go for it.

“We have grown a lot as a team. What happened last season has given us a lot of lessons. I’m excited. Everyone enjoys playing these games. It’s a beautiful thing to be involved.”

It’s the game of the weekend – a top of the table clash between two teams gunning for the league.

Man City are 17 games away from sealing an astonishing double Treble, while for Arsenal, it represents a dream for a first Premier League title in 20 years.

This is the ninth Premier League meeting between the clubs since Arteta took charge of the Gunners in December 2019.

It’s 7-1 to Guardiola as it stands but Arsenal are chasing a first league double over City since 2007-08 after defeating the defending champions 1-0 at Emirates Stadium in October.

Let’s see how this game goes.
